These terms apply when you use careersanalyst.com (the "service"), operated by careersanalyst.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service does

The service reads the CV you upload into a career profile, compares that profile with job descriptions you provide, and produces tailored CVs and cover letters. It uses artificial intelligence to do this.

Your responsibilities

You must give accurate information about your own experience and qualifications. You are responsible for checking every CV and letter before you send it to an employer. Do not upload documents that belong to someone else without their permission, and do not use the service for anything unlawful.

What we do not promise

The match score is our own estimate of how well your profile fits a job. It is not a score from any employer's applicant tracking system, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any other result. AI-written text can contain mistakes.

Your content

Your CV, profile, jobs and generated documents remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

Plans and payments

Free and paid plans have monthly usage limits, shown on your billing page. Prices and limits can change; changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions employers make.
